Legal phone calls
The reasons that prohibited using cellphones in buses have been outdated for a long time, but the operator of the local buses here in Tübingen still banned the usage for many years.
But finally it is confirmed that it is now allowed to make phone calls on the buses.
This reminds me that a few years ago a bus-driver threatened to throw me out because my phone dared to ring on board the bus.

Umami and Fatty
In school I learned that there are four different tastes: sweet, sour, salty and bitter. Now apparently there is a fifth taste: umami and there is the discussion if fatty is a taste as well.
For those wondering about spicy: It is not a taste, it is an activation of heat thermo- and chemosensitive sensors in your mouth.
